Established since 1989, Reflex Digital Solutions (UK) Ltd has grown to become one of the largest independent office solutions providers in the South East of England. We supply everyone from small private businesses, however our major accounts programme and UK wide service network has resulted in Reflex building a plethora of multi-national contracts. We continue to work with all levels of the business community and have specialist knowledge in markets such as Education, Government & NHS, Professional & Legal Services.

Document Solutions Division

Reflex sell and service multi-functional copier-printers-scanners-faxes, digital photocopiers, duplicators, colour and mono laser printers, wide format copier-printers, plus production document scanners. We also offer a range of software solutions and services to help customers not only improve the way documents are replicated, but also that address the Creation, Distribution, Storage and Retrieval of business information.

LP235C We have helped many clients implement Electronic Document Management solutions for their business and Reflex is known for providing expert advice to help customers convert paper documents to an electronic format, leading to increased productivity and reductions in the "Total Cost of Ownership". In particular, we have gained significant recognition within the legal services industry for providing cost - effective archiving solutions avoiding the need for many clients to take on additional premises or outsource their document storage.

Audio Visual Division

The Audio - Visual division helps customers improve areas of their communication where adding impact is essential to deliver the right message in the business. Our objective is simply to work in partnership with our customers to help realise the best AV strategy for their business and to provide added value at all times from the initial appointment with one of our consultants through to installation and commissioning.
