On many MFP models a built in utility called Web Image Monitor allows users to browse to the documents stored on the hard disk of the MFP and print, copy or download them without leaving the desk and without needing any additional software.

For more sophisticated document handling options we offer DeskTopBinder™ a personal document management software and ScanRouter™ a document distribution software free with each MFP. A Professional version – with advanced functionality – is available at extra cost.
