nashuatec 3000 Sheet Finisher

Where conventional systems leave you manually stapling and hole punching, the 3000 sheet finisher can facilitate these time consuming jobs automatically on-line, saving time and money, freeing you to concentrate on other tasks.

With a high volume system from Reflex (LD151/LD160/LD175 & LD090/105) complete with 3000-sheet finisher you will be able to meet complicated finishing demands effortlessly from your desktop or control panel of the product. The 3000-sheet finisher comes complete with a 100-sheet stapler and has the option of a hole punch unit.

The 3000 sheet finisher can be equipped with an optional jogger that will properly align the outputs, making it easy to pick them up from the tray.

nashuatec Booklet Maker

This online finisher attaches to the nashuatec high volume digital copier/printers, allowing you to create folded, saddle-stitched booklets in-house quickly and conveniently.

The booklet maker is ideal for central reprographics departments that produce multi-page documents such as directories, news magasines, manuals and catalogues. It allows these fast-paced departments to create high-quality finished booklets without slowing workflow or increasing costs.

In online mode, the Booklet Maker is directly attached to the nashuatec high volume systems (LD151/LD160/LD175 & LD090/105), so output can be converted into booklets as soon as it is printed or copied. In offline mode, you create booklets by manually feeding collated sets. This is useful for booklets with sections created on different systems (for example, a colour cover with black-and-white contents). In both cases, the optional trimmer gives thicker booklets clean, crsip edges.

Speed (online usage): 800 books per hour (with 2 A4 sheets), 500 books per hour (with 2 A3 sheets)

Maximum speed: 50 booklets per minute (A4), 33 per minute (A3)

The new StreamPunch provides a flexible, fully integrated punching solution when combined with the power of the nashuatec LD151/LD160/LD175 & LD090/105 digital systems.

The GBC A4 StreamPunch streamlines your finishing process by efficiently providing ready-to-bind documents at the touch of a button, eliminating the need to manually punch your output offline.

Punch at Rated System Speed

By eliminating the need for manual punching, the addition of the GBC StreamPunch to a high-speed production workflow will dramatically improve productivity and lower the overall cost of production. The StreamPunch punches each sheet at the rated system speed of the print engine without ever losing a beat or reducing productivity.

Interchangeable Die Sets

The StreamPunch accomodates dies for the five popular binding styles: ColorCoil, Wirebind, CombBind, VeloBind or traditional Four-ring. Previously, you had to punch documents manually, hand loading each individual lift of paper into a separate table - top punch. Now you get perfectly printed, punched and ready-to-bind documents in one step, by simply pushing a button on the StreamPunch. Dies are easily replaced without any additional levers or tools, making the StreamPunch extremely user friendly.

nashuatec Z-Folder - Advanced finishing for high-volume applications

To ensure that we produce nothing less than the best for our quality conscious customers, the on-line Z-folder provides precision folded charts and diagrams encased and finished in A4 or A5 presentations or folders, eliminating the need to manually fold and finish. Perfect for A3 ledger sheets or engineering drawings and diagrams to fit into A4 sized audits and proposals.

Great Fit

The traditional process of inserting sheets into a document that are larger than the finished item requires either 2 devices to do one job, or run the job seperately on the same system one after the other. This means these sheets have to be folded as required, collated and finished by hand. A time consuming and painstaking task!

Now, this need not be the case. The handy Z-folder option makes two parallel folds, one of which faces in and the other facing out, enabling seamless automated integration of larger sheets in smaller sized sets (i.e. A3 sheets into A4 document or A4 sheets into an A5 document), eliminating the need to run 2 systems or separate jobs or the need for manual handling. Plus, with the on-line Z-folder, A4 and A3 sheets can be Z folded at the engine's rated speed ensuring a job can be finished with the minimum amount of time and fuss.

Fittng between the nashuatec high volume copier/printers and the finisher stapler, fully finished documents can be produced via the large touch screen control panel or from the PC. This fully integrated process maximises productivity and ensures accurate folds each time.
